2. Property listings
All listings are offered subject to availability. Prices may change without notice; the price confirmed on your official receipt or payment plan agreement is the binding price. Photographs and videos are representative of the estate at the time of capture.
3. Payments
All payments must be made digitally to official GCP Properties accounts or through our online payment channels. Never pay cash into a personal account. Official receipts are issued for every payment, including instalments.
4. Instalment plans
Instalment purchases lock in the agreed price provided payments are kept up to date as per your payment plan agreement. Defaults are handled according to the terms of that agreement.
5. GMR realtor programme
GMR registration requires a one-time fee. Commissions are earned on completed transactions made through your unique affiliate link or registered referral and are credited to your dashboard wallet. Withdrawals are processed to your registered bank account. Fraudulent activity leads to account suspension and forfeiture of unearned commissions.
6. Documentation
Allocation and documentation (survey, deed of assignment) are processed after full payment as per your agreement.
7. Limitation of liability
While we work hard to keep information on this site accurate, GCP Properties is not liable for losses arising from reliance on information that has since changed. Always confirm details with our office before making payment.
