Where are your properties located?
Our estates are located across Delta State (Agbarho, Jeddo, Oreorokpe, Oghoir, Ebruwa), Lagos, Abuja and Edo State. Our head office is at M & K Signature Plaza, 81 Okumgba Avenue, Warri, with branches in Jeddo and Agbarho. You can also view every estate location online through the Google Earth link on each property page.
How do I book a site inspection?
Simply open the property you are interested in and click "Schedule Inspection", or call/WhatsApp us on 09031668899. Inspections are free and our team will take you round the estate.
What documents will I get after payment?
You will receive an official receipt, a registered survey plan and a deed of assignment for your plot. Our documentation team walks you through everything before and after payment.
What is the GMR Community?
GMR (GCP Master Realtors) is our realtor network. Members register, complete an onboarding programme, get a unique affiliate link, and earn 10% commission on every sale or registration made through their link — paid straight to their dashboard wallet for withdrawal.
How do GMR commissions work?
Every GMR gets a unique affiliate link. When someone purchases land or registers as a GMR through your link, a 10% commission is credited to your wallet, which you can withdraw through your preferred payment channel.
How do I become a GMR?
Click "Join as a Realtor" on our website, complete the registration form and pay the one-time registration fee of ₦15,000 online. Complete the onboarding videos and you will be activated with your own dashboard and affiliate link. Members who complete the full onboarding process with a good score can earn free GMR registration.
Is payment digital?
Yes — all payments are digital and secure. We accept online payments via Paystack (card, transfer, USSD) and payments to our official company accounts only. Never pay into a personal account.
